I called them to come out and get me a quote for a furnace in which they would not schedule a time to meet me they sent out a repair guy instead and charged me $90 for the visit in which he told me my furnace did not work. And he said that the the guy who does quoted would call me which he never did... I would not recommend or use them!
Can't say enough good things about these guys. I have a 30+ year old Lennox furnace and they are the only company in the area who can/will service it. Other companies told me it had to be replaced. Shinnston Plumbing has kept it running well for me, always having parts in stock, since 2012. They are reasonably priced and always honest. The techs are friendly, efficient, and great about explaining any concerns. Wouldn't think of using any other company for my furnace maintenance and repairs.
Shinnston Plumbing was called over to fix the heating unit. After they worked on it, the heating unit still did not work. They were repeatedly called in again, and even charged $100 just to say it worked. I had to hire another company. The other company found an oil leak and fixed it. Now it works
In July, 2016, my a/c quit running, so I called Shinnston Plumbing, and told them I needed help, the repairman was there within an hour, and it took him no time to get it running again! He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained what he did and what I might need in the future. Excellent service with a smile!!
I just got an invoice from them today... man they are expensive and over priced for everything. Why do you charge $127.5 Service fee for a 25 minute service on a-c as well as they change parts that are working already.nAdding freon charge was huge, on there Facebook they said it cost $60 a pound but they charged me $75 a pound. What a bluffers.nnIt was really my mistake for dealing with them.nI will learn a lesson this time.
