Unbelievable incompetence from this place. Five weeks to clean and box a 44 year old custom wedding dress, 2 of which this place had no idea whose dress it was not what to do with it. Came in to pick it up 3 times before they finally got it right. Owner lied to me on the real reason it took so long. Not to mention the dress looks like it's boxed by a 5 year old.
Some white lady at the counter complained about the customers before me not speaking English. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
Very expensive, ring around the color, and my shirts look worn out. I just bought new shirts a week ago... really? Please go somewhere else.
