It's a laundromat, they're not terribly complicated. But if something goes wrong, there's a card you can fill out to request a refund... and literally no place to put that card (it says there should be a box, but there is no box).nnLater edit: On the visit that prompted my review, one of the machines had eaten a few dollars worth of quarters. So I filled out the card and left it there. Several *months* later, I got a call from the owner about it. Which tells you what you need to know about this place.
