Sink water not on, room about 100 degrees when I arrived, your company should be embarrassed
We checked out within 2 hours of checking in to the Super 8 on Venture Drive in Morgantown for a wedding this weekend. The comforter on the bed was disgusting and badly stained!! The chair the room was also severely stained. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping or sitting on anything.nNeeds a huge upgrade to this location. The girl at the front desk was really nice about refunding us for the stay. I think there are many ways to make a hotel/motel look presentable even if it’s a low cost stay rate.
Absolutely disgusting bloodstains on the pillow cases. Blankets filthy. Room smelled like there was about 8 Chainsmokers in the room. Room felt 100000 degrees.
Dirty. Stained sheets with lots of hair in the bed. Non-smoking rooms with smoke stained walls and heavy smoke odor. Checked out two room and they were the same. Receptionist kindly refunded our money and we went elsewhere.
Hallway smelled very smoky. The bathroom was dirty yellow stain on shelf in shower , toilet way left dirty also. The good was lady at checkin was nice and bed was comfortable
