Very clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was great, so many choices. Room was great. The pool was clean, towels we're offered. I would stay again!nnDownfall - super noisy, and very low water pressure. No hot tub , sadly.

I would like to recognize the young lady who checked me in on January 26. She was very helpful with finding locations that I needed to be at, timely. And I would like to recognize Luke! During my visits, he has always gone out of his way to answer any questions I may have, and professionally and politely engage in dialog regarding areas of interest, and shopping/car wash locations. You have an outstanding staff at your Front Desk! I'll be back.

Reception was friendly and understanding when I locked myself out. Room doors are impossible to prop open if you have a lot of luggage.nnBathroom was shower only but otherwise the room clean and nice. King bed was hella raised up but my cats loved it. This hotel does charge the $20 not to exceed $40 pet fee.nnBiggest downside is barely anyone delivers food to this location so if you're arriving after a long drive be prepared. Snack selection at front counter is small for food.

Was a very nice and clean place but unfortunately people upstairs above me were romping around stomping their feet making noise, apparently not only disturbing my sleep but I understand other people were complaining. Attendant went up to ask them to quiet down but they did not. I was going to change rooms but was so tired and needed a good nights rest from driving nine hours that I decided not to, yes I would have here lots of things to gather up, hoping the noise would stop, I called the night attendant and he told me well that is what happens sometimes when staying at a hotel or motel. Always a few noisy people. But that answer did not solve my problem. He said that he did go up to ask them to quiet down.nI would think a good solution to that would have been to ask those noisy people upstairs that sounded more like a herd of elephants to either stop pounding or leave immediately.nMy stay there would have been great besides the noisy guests upstairs.
