I see a bunch of single star reviews and this doesn't even come close to accurately describing this company. I have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and these are some of the most skilled and professional men I have ever worked around. Period. I have no reason to lie about that.
Had a sewer backup a few weeks ago, called JH Holt Heating and explained my problem to a voicemail,.....still waiting to hear back....now that's how you get poor ratings!
Called after hours and was told I would get a call back. An hour later I called again and was told that someone would call shortly. No one called. I was without water until the next morning when Modleys Plumbing came out and had the issue resolved in less than an hour.
I called for service, the lady took my number and I never heard back from them.
Never called back.
