Paid for service in soft touch bay and wash would not start. Wasted almost 10 minutes driving in and out hoping to trigger the start with no luck. Have tried to call several times with no answer and no voice mail.
no soap on the wash part, didnt print the receipt and the number to call has a voice mail box thats full
Never ever once have I been able to leave a message on their voice mail,because it's ALWAYS full. I've had numerous problems and I am never able to report them in the 24 hrs they require. Clear your damn messages and fix your junk carwash.
Touch-free wash leaves car soapy, requiring an additional rinse in the bay (minimum $2). This is a recurring problem that they won't fix. Since it's the only car wash in town, they can get away with charging high prices for an inferior product. Customer service is a joke too. Ripoff.
A little pricey but everything one needs to clean the car thay have.
