Absolutely the best people. We have used them twice for petting zoo birthday parties. I wish my daughter hadn't outgrown having them. Great people. Great animals. Absolutely a memorable time every time!

We booked a unicorn for Pony to Go for my Goddaughters second birthday. She came a little early and stayed longer than the hour that she was paid for. They even provided my goddaughter fairy wings to wear while she was riding her unicorn. The owner was very patient with all of the children and explained to each one how to get on, ride, and get off of the unicorn. I would recommend to anyone that needs an extra special surprise for their party!!!

My daughter's first birthday party was ruined because of this company's no show. There are no words. I had a house full of people and kids waiting for the petting zoo and had planned our entire party aroundnthis event. The way it was done was unprofessional and then, after leaving messages at three different numbers, two of whom I was told were the owners numbers, no one even had the decency to call me back.nnI had a signed agreement for the date of the event which was confirmed via email and then via a call the morning of the event. Shortly after that confirming call, someone from the company left me a message that they couldn't show because the truck broke down. Huh? That's it. It was 5 hours before the party. No other solution? No back up vehicle? No solution to modify the plans (like packing up some smaller animals that doesn't require a trailer)? I tried calling back and no one ever called me back. I don't know how they stay in business with this kind of service.

I promised my daughter to see farm animals and a pony ride this weekend and they did not show. She was so excited, all week she would not stop talking about it. Could you imagine 40-50 kids excited to ride a pony and see farm animals and it not happen. I am truly disgusted on how the company handled the no-show. Poor explanation and canceled right as the party was starting. If given proper notice I am sure the hosts of the party would of been able to accommodate something else so the children were not disappointed. The pony ride and farm animals were supposed to be the center piece of the party, and now a little girls birthday was completely ruined.
