My son and I just moved into our new place the ladies in the office are outstanding hands down the easiest process I've ever had with renting a place they are not just a real estate company they care about people and their needs I couldn't be more happier

1st and foremost I have to thank Megan for always going above and beyond for whomever she is in contact with. I've been with east coast for a year and they have made it a standard to take care of the tenants first. Any service request or issue I had was taken care of expeditiously. I recently moved from the apartment I had due to my lease being up and a change of ownership. (The new owners don't hold a flame to east coast real estate fyi). As I was leaving the apartment I ran into a few issues with the new owners and called Megan right away. She took it upon herself to make sure everything was squared away so I didn't have to stress about anything. I'm truly grateful for having the opportunity to have ECRG help me in my time of need and I will forever be grateful. Thank you and good luck

This company relies on the poverty and ignorance of tenants to not fight for their rights. This company sold the house they rented to me to another owner and transferred me to a different property management company Hagerstown Management (also getting a 1 star review ) and neither company will return our deposit. I hired an amazing cleaning company for our move out and was complimented several times on the absolute improvement compared to move in. We updated several fixtures in the home with our own money during the 2 years we were there yet NEITHER company will return our deposit both claiming the other is responsible. It’s atrocious how these companies conduct themselves playing on the ignorance and poverty of the area to steal and cheat from residents of Washington County. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE CROOKS!! FIND A PRIVATE RENTER!! To respond to your response. I’ve left 13 messages at your office and contacted Megan directly with 0 help. It’s not your problem you sold the property and new company not their problem you didn’t transfer deposit. Hagerstown Management East Coast Real Estate CROOKS!!!
