We have personally worked beside Marcy creating marketing and research in the past and appreciate what she always brings to the table no matter what industry she is working in. Marcy also spends hours answering question and providing data in the housing industry. She is knowledgeable information on homes selling in the area, how long homes are on the market and always provides comps for the area. Marcy Deck is by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with. She listened to us from the start. We are moving from MI to WV. We let her know what our needs were, what our budget was, and the time frame we had to find our home. We let her know that we were not going to settle for anything less than exactly what we wanted. The search began. She made sure to only send us info on homes that fit out criteria, recommended various areas that might work for us, and did quite a bit of research when we found a property that seemed interesting. She made arrangements with her associates to show us homes when our schedules conflicted and recommended an amazing financial officer (Nicole Curtis). When we found what is now “our” home, Marcy did us an amazing favor by doing a video walk through for us. After our walk through we were pretty sure that was The One! A week later we made arrangement to see the home in person and we knew it was what we were looking for. Marcy worked with us long distance to get bids in, accepted, and finalized. Marcy’s recommendation for financial advice was perfect! We now are the proud owners of our dream home and we look forward to many happy years there.
