I worked with Andrew remotely (from Massachusetts) on a recent deal . Andrew was extremely professional, helpful, returned calls immediately and worked through numerous tricky issues quickly and efficiently. He helped manage all aspects of a difficult deal. I've used many RE professionals in several States and Andrew is certainly one of the best. I would absolutely use him again for any business I may have in his area.

Andrew Fultz is a very knowledgeable and detailed oriented professional. His concise instructions on what was needed to prepare our house for sell was on the money. He tells you what you need to hear and not what you may want to hear. His inner circle to include the contractors that you may need to help your dream come to fruition are also prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. If we had to do it again, we wouldn't hesitate to have Andrew as our realtor again!!!

Everything about the Fultz real estate group was very easy going, professional and very responsive with all great personalities. As a first time homebuyer I had many questions regarding the process along with, upgrades, taxes, HOA, etc. I would easily recommend this group above all else considering I've had 3 other real estate agents prior. Again I can't thank Andrew and his team enough for the help they've given me.
