I called this company on a whim based on the posted google reviews. My hot water heater that was not working. Paul, answered the phone while on another job. He was polite, and professional. He arrived at my house the same day at exactly the time he said he would. He assessed my water heater, determined the problem. He fixed it, and only charged me a service call fee, no labor time. Also, no mark up on the parts. I highly recommend Martinsburg plumbing. Nice, honest, professional! No need to look any further if you have a plumbing issue.
