The roundhouse and shops are definitely worth visiting.
Attended a wedding ceremony and reception and was simply quaint and beautiful. If you appreciate historical construction and landmarks, you will enjoy this location for what it offers.
Cool place...old tracks still in buildings
This is a beautiful building. I understand it can be reserved for wedding and graduation photo shoots and that they offer tours. We attended a holiday craft fair here which was OK.
Historical venue now after being closed by the railroad. Tour the roundhouse with operable turntable and see displays of some of the tools & equipment formally used there. Read informative displays about the shops. Also discover some civil war era history of raids and conflict for control of the rails during that period. Be sure to Google maps for easiest route through town.
