I have been using this business for nearly ten years for my dry cleaning. They are absolutely wonderful.
Had my bed spread clean. Turn out great.
They need to update their hours online even if it's only temporary. I arrived just after 5PM because I thought they didnt close until 7PM, pretty inconvenient for the customers to have drive from wherever, which for me is 20 miles, to drop off only to find out I cant because they weren't open.
I've had several outfits altered and they were just as promised. They did a fantastic job .
I took 3 curtain panels to Quality Cleaners. I requested the 3 curtain panels be cut in half. The lady said to give her a week. I called a week later and the panels were not ready. She said give her until Monday. I called her on Monday and the panels were not ready. Tuesday they were closed due to a storm. Wednesday I called and the lady said she would have them ready by noon. I stopped by to pick up the panels and they had been altered however had not been pressed. So, I went home. My husband picked them up at the end of the day. I checked the work out and the sewing was terrible. 2 of the curtain panels had to be taken back because the sewing was not finished. I was charged $150 to cut 3 curtain panels in half and press them. I feel like I was taken. I do not recommend Quality Cleaners for any kind of alterations!
