Beautiful atmosphere with wonderful experience. Would recommend highly!
My wife and I enjoyed the signature couples massage. It was a delightful experience, very serene atmosphere and the massage therapists were very polite and excellent at their job.
We had a couples Swedish massage and it was FABULOUS!!!
This resort had some very nice points and we enjoyed our time there. That being said, on the 2nd day there we called and reported the air conditioning not working. The thermometer was set at 63 but the temp in the room was at 77. When asked by the person we told about the air conditioning unit if we wanted to switch rooms we said no, because our room was still cool enough with the ceiling fans going, we were told that someone was coming out to look at the unit the next day. The unit was never fixed in our 5 days at the property and the last night our room temp was 82 degrees. The follow up was to say the least, poor. We never received another inquiry about the air or the temp in our room. Still we had a good enough time to somewhat overlook this and make the best of the situation and give the 3 stars.
This place was azaaaaaaaazing. We stayed in the spring cottage, enjoyed the large tub large enough for two, and then had a couples massage. Nothing short of incredible time.
