Front desk staff friendly and price and availability was a life saver during a very unexpected situation. stayed there for a month while i looked for a new apt. Unfortunately found used needles where children play, which to the staff’s credit was cleaned up immediately once I reported it. Definitely a good reflection of the crowd that either stayed there or where visiting those renting rooms. Definitely got woken up by two young men arguing about drugs in the hallway and banging on the outside door after locking themselves out. I stayed at the very beginning of the pandemic and laundry service and such had been stopped so I made a point of deep cleaning the room before settling in and that hair tumble weed was just what I swept up so it only takes a small imagination to envision what the rest of the cleaning process produced. The worst part was on my last day even though I had communicated to all front seat staff I was working nights yet with out warning the maintenance lady came in with a pest guy. For some reason the maintenance lady decided to threaten to charge me for “clutter” as the pest guy walked into my completely dark room and sprayed by my bed as I attempted to yell that I was leaving the next day and had just gotten off work. I had to dig out my ladder from my storage unit earlier that week and in doing so had to temporarily stash boxes in the hotel room with every intention on moving them into my new apt the next day. When I rented the room I got no paperwork nor no verbal warning pest services could barge in at any moment or I would have slept in clothes. Thankfully they returned my $50 security deposit a week later after I emailed to follow up about the deposit. It’s good in a tight spot but watch where you walk/let your children play and don’t answer the door to drunks looking for their girlfriends.

We were given the key to an occupied room not once once but twice. Both times the door just opened while I’m entering the key into the top lock. I had to prop the door up with a chair just to make my friend feel safe. Not knowing if our key would be given out. The rooms and beds were decent. The grounds could use some cleaning.

It's a very nice hotel. The people are very friendly and they have nice rooms. Also their prices are really cheap.

The staying itself was great. Nice room there was not a little kitchenette I did have a microwave and a little fridge. I had no problems until checking out when the lady was exceptionally rude and made very insulting accusations.

To add on to another review I wrote, the staff don’t wear masks or gloves outside of the office. On thanksgiving, they were kind enough to offer all tenants a plate of food of their choice. They didn’t wear masks. That didn’t wear gloves. There was even a hair in my food when I got it! I just wish they were taking the virus more seriously.
