The staff was so friendly and helpful, they accommodated our party of 8 until the wee hours of the morning after a successful night at the neighboring Casino. Would recommend to my friends and family. Brian was great on the overnight shift!
I made a reservation by phone and the staff was very helpful. A real plus was that at check in, we really got what was promised at the rate quoted. All areas we accessed were very clean. Our King suite was extremely clean, remote in plastic bag etc.. A great surprise was how comfortable the bed was. This hotel isn't real old, but the bed was so nice. Normally we have a hard time sleeping the first night in a hotel. This bed was comfy, the halls were quiet and I will definitely look for a Hampton Inn the next time I travel.
Cute little pool and nice big hot tub. Not crowded at all, social distancing was not a problem. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I really liked my stay here. The breakfast was very good.
Unpleasantly surprised. I expected way more from a Hampton inn. First room the shower was broken with no hot water along with the toilet paper holder falling off the wall. The rooms are dated and have seen better days. When they moved us because of the hot water the staff were helpful, nice and very pleasant. The place is just in desperate need of a renovation.
Great rooms and a wonderful staff. The young woman works the front desk at nights was very helpful and easily the most beautiful woman Ive seen in years.
