Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy and quick. Room was clean and neat but had a distinct smoke smell eventhough the hotel placed no smoking signs in the room. I deducted 1 star because the room and hotel can do with an upgrade. It is conveniently located close to the highway, restaurants and shops all within walking distance.

Staff is nice. But the rooms aren't quite the best. Definitely not the cleanest that I've seen during covid. Also, there's Issues with the hot water in the showers (it works though). Bed is comfortable. Nice TV. Privacy is respected. The fact that it's ud83dudc15dog friendly is a plus. ud83dude0a ud83dude03 overall, good for the price.

The best economy motel in Martinsburg. Clean, updated rooms, and safe. I travel to Martinsburg a lot and I've been to a couple of the other hotels in this area and this one is by FAR the best. It's my current go-to and will be as long I have to come here; the manager is great & always welcoming and they offer contractor rates.

Leanne at the front desk was extremely cool about me being super late for my arrival time. Room was very clean and bed was super comfy.
