Overall, excellent place. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and everything worked as expected.nnShower is pretty basic, which was fine. Something which caused me to not give this place 5 was the very firm beds. It is not necessarily a deal breaker for everyone, if you prefer a firm mattress, this is the place for you. My back, however, does not like a firm mattress, and that will keep me from staying here in the future.nnTldr; nice place, clean, friendly staff. Very firm mattress.
We commuted from Lancaster 2 Elizabethton to pick up a dog that needed to be re-homed. Upon checking in the young lady at the desk was very professional and extremely friendly. Honestly I have never checked into lodging with a person so friendly and professional. The room was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. I think sometimes the comment section receive a lot of not so good comments. So I felt compelled to share our wonderful experience. We are actually pinning this location and will definitely be patronizing when we travel to Tennessee again. Hands down honestly the best experience we have ever had with a hotel.n⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very clean sterilized room. Bed was comfy. Lots of noise from utility room. Would not recommend room on lower floor. We had handicapped room on east side. Breakfest was very good. All in all a GREAT experience.
Spent 4 days here for a family gathering. Close to everything. Clean with attentive staff. Great value.
Very friendly staff. Great handicapped shower and room. Bed was a bit hard and breakfast was good enough.
