They re on the corvid project for sure and safety.
We stayed recently and it was a pleasant room with friendly staff. The room had a full size hand soap as opposed to disposable bar soap and large format shampoo, conditioner, body wash secured to the wall, the scent of them were light, refreshing, and delicious! The bed was fairly comfortable, the alarm clock had 2 outlets plus 2 USB chargers which was great, and they had a mini fridge. It was also a nice view to wake up and watch horses jogging on the track. All in all, the hotel is great (I just wish the shuttle to the casino came more frequent / reliably)!!
Well, I went to set up a reservation and I was told to talk with Ana Lesco. As she is the duty manager, I was informed I must speak to her about special pricing on rooms. As I am part of an upcoming event, I wanted to stay on site. I called back as instructed to speak with the lovely lady at the front desk, Judy. I was told there were no discounts. What's funny is their on hold messages talk about nothing other than COMP ROOMS. I thought that was funny. All I was trying to do is get a discount, for a night that was over priced because of the event. No problem I will book my room elsewhere, and I will play games at another casino.
My favorite place to stay next to the casino. I stay here enough that I know the employees pretty well now
Starting to show its age and needs some updates both inside the rooms and the general areas. The staff are great though and do their best.
