They were pretty good all things considered. Went a week ago and stood in the walk-in line on the right. They came outside had me fill out a form and then called me to schedule an appointment because they were too busy. I got the appointment 6 days later and stood in the appointment line on the left this time. Clean building, decent area and good staff.
Make an appointment and the process goes extremely well. Extremely satisfied. Everything accomplished in one visit.
It's good that a staff member comes out and take our information, she was informative and pleasant. I would suggest that the DMV place a barcode on the doors so that we can use our phones to check in, instead of standing in the cold.
Waited 2 hours outside in the cold. To get an appointment takes a month. There has to be a better way to get people serviced more efficiently
I hardly leave reviews but I decided to leave one for this DMV. Every time I go, the ladies in front are always cold and rude. Like they are doing us a favor. Today, I went and waited in line for a citation. Turns out they don't do citations, but the lady instead of explaining to me she immediately just said no. Was never polite or anything. You can tell when someone simply doesn't care or is being rude and she was being both. Don't know her name but she was around in her late 40s, was wearing glasses long hair. Brunette and gray hair. Please change something about it. The employees should not treat people that way. They are not doing us a favor. It's their job. Their attitude needs to be changed.They need to start treating people with respect.
