The people here are not very helpful. They seem to hate their jobs and act as if the tax payers are an inconvenience to them. The offer little or no help resolving issues. Very frustrating dealing with them.
I called in and Judy picked up the phone and said “This is Judy do you want to be put on hold or call back?” And I responded “When would be a good time for me to call back?” She huffed into the phone and said “Just hold on and I might be able to get to you.” Super rude .... and currently been on hold 15 minutes.
Online tax system is not working...again. Can't pay my taxes if the system isn't working. 08/17/2020
I wish I could give more than one review to bring their star rating up. The fine employees of the tax division are in no way related to the deputies and other police officers in the field.nnEvery interaction I've had with any tax office employee has been very pleasant and helpful. I wish more people could separate their politics from business.
I've never had any issues, very clean and straight forward. Helped any way they could when asked.
