Not sure why everyone is only leaving 1 star reviews. I called here before and today went in the office and everyone i spoke to was very nice and helpful.nTip: if you are nice and courteous to people then they will be nice to you too.
I’m so glad that I made choose to moved out of this Berkeley county area!.....the reason why I decided to moved out because of those sewer cost hurt our budget....those customer service is very rude people! I don’t understand why they cost sewer so high! What ripoff!! I suggest you people.. don’t ever move to Berkeley county area... they will take all your money away from you to make them richest!
Im a very nice and courteous person and I have to say their customer service stinks.I have talked to several women at different times and was hung up on because she couldnt explain to me why my bill was over $400 two months straight and she certainly wasnt trying to help me.I always pay my bills on time but i will say this is the only company that I know of that charges you an extra 10% if you pay your bill a few mins past 4:30 which is when they close.Yea so they definitely do not work with their customers and have never been friendly to me when i call for anything.
