I have known Sara for the past 11+ years as a renter, buyer, and seller. I trust her expertise and opinions completely. She was always prompt, professional, and helpful in my experience as a tenant. I also worked with her in buying and selling two homes, and she is very organized, focused, and diligent. Her work ethic and vast real estate knowledge helped make these processes go as smoothly as possible. I will not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

Sara is the best realtor and rental mgr I've ever met. Her strategic planning and advice was invaluable from locating the property, to buying it, to getting the renters in. Her application process is way worth the money. Her integrity is rock solid. Her knowledge of the Lexington market is without equal. Her intuition and understanding of people from all walks of life is impressive. Her customers always come first. I would not consider owning rental property if I couldn't get her to manage them. She is the best business experience I have had in my 10 years in Lexington.
