Wanda Smith asked for a verbal offer on a property she was listing, rather than put everything in writing. We negotiated, the seller accepted an offer. I put the offer in writing, hired an inspector, secured a mortgage-- and then Wanda returned the offer with a counter at list price.nAbsolutely zero ethics. I will not stop until all of Jessamine County knows what shady crooks are at Watts. Do not use these slimeballs under any circumstances!

Buyers and Sellers BEWARE! I know 2 different individuals (1 which is a family member - one of which is a co-worker at St. Joseph Jessamine) that dealt with this group. All have had bad experiences. I am posting on behalf of Kendra and Donald.

We have a agent that says they have helped us sell our house. They didn’t advertise or put signs up for the open house we had and only one couple came by. They say one thing and it changes later on. We have done more advertising than they have and are very dissatisfied with the agent we have.
