I didn’t stay in this RV park, but I did use their public laundromat, as we were only a mile away and it was convenient. In the beginning, I would have given it 5 stars. When the pandemic hit, it was like they didn’t want anyone there. They closed their one restroom to anyone but employees, they stopped refilling their snack and drink machine, and 2 dryers went out and by the time we left the area, about 5 weeks later, they still weren’t fixed. They only have 8 washers and dryers. Also, on their website, they say they have paved roads. I’m not quite sure where that comes from, as the whole park is chert, like many of the other RV parks in the area. And the entrance/exit is absolutely horrible. Deep, deep potholes.
This is a great place to park for a while. The price is reasonable and the park is comfortable and the spaces are big enough to feel like you have a space of your own. I really enjoyed my time here
Roads are horrible and management is non-existent. Laundromat needs attention. Things are not being maintained. Very messy. Pictures are not what it looks like now...ugh!
Is a good rv park. Nice Landry room. Good dog park. There going to put in a play ground. The owners are very nice.
I think it's got to be one of the better Parks in Monahans since its always packed with people staying. Probably has a waiting list.
