I was told their equipment shut off and didn't finish washing my car because the arm of the wash bar hit my car. NO! I would have had a serious problem with this place if this would have happened. I immediately called Spit Shine and the already seem to have known what happened. Albeit, they did offer to mail a refund to me. This did not solve my current situation. Which involved my car being covered in soap and me having MS.nI didn't have another $10.00 to wash the car. So this required me to use some change (which I found $5.00) to clean the car. The person I talked to on the phone was not concerned with my inconvenience and just hung up on me.nOn 7/4/2020 I had to clean my car off in 96° heat.nI will not be back to this establishment and will not recommend anyone else neither.nI am aware of the power of word of mouth.

Not bad place to wash your car .A bit on the pricey side thou.

The vacuums need maintenance, I had to go home and use a shop vac because the vacuums at spit shine had so little power.
