Great place to go walking with the kids. Downside is pushing a triple stroller up hill ud83dude02 other then that it was great and kids enjoyed the visit.
What a beautiful park. I love river swimming and w I uld love to try this on a hot summer day. Wish people would pick up their trash. Lots of trash cans throughout the park.
It was very beautiful and quiet when we went. The hiking trails are great, and it was fun to explore.
The undercurrent is strong today... The people are loud. I understand wanting to have a good time, but you don't need to blast music with profanity for the whole beach to hear. Other than that it's a nice local place to cool off on a hot day. I do suggest some kind of shoes to protect feet from the Pebbles.
Very beautiful and peaceful spot to escape the noise of life and just relax, fish, kayak, or peruse through all of the rocks! This spot can have some high traffic times, but definitely a must see! If bringing little ones, be cautious of broken glass bottles within some parts of the beach. Also, be prepared for a slight decline walking to it and an incline back out.
