One of the best Ace Hardware stores I have ever been to! They have a huge gift shop and a post office! I found unique gifts there! Highly recommend!
Noticed the children's miracle network bars at the register so decided to purchase to help out the fundraiser and the cashier libby, treated us like an inconvenience and had a horrible attitude. Called the manager and nothing was noted about it. Horrible experience... don't ever try to buy this here cause it is more of an inconvenience for staff.
Like the Ace in Cypress, it's becoming less hardware, more Hallmark. Perhaps it's survival when up against the big box stores or the major dot-coms. Called and asked if they repaired chainsaws, rep didn't know. I don't mind the floor-space used for dishes or clothes, but when one has a hardware need, the choices are limited and a bit pricey.
