Wide variety of merchandise. Friendly staff.
Horrible customer service. I live 30 miles away and have been calling for 4 months for this item to get replaced. IF and that is IF they answer they put me on hold for over 30 minutes to come back and say they don’t have any in stock. My warranty will be out then they won’t have to worry about it. I feel like they know that so they don’t try to help. It is very frustrating and disheartening that they don’t seem to care about how they serve people. I keep trying today to call but still can’t get the store to answer:(

The staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The mgr is kind of abrupt to customers.
The employees used to be a lot better a while back, but lately there's one girl in particular that is just rude as can be, she'll stand there at the register looking like she isn't doing anything when you walk through the doors and if you ask for help she'll give you the stank eye or something... haven't gone back in a while so I'm not sure if she's even still working there or not...
