Shredded my clothes and the worst part they leave no number around to call to make a complaint but I'm sure God forbid you broke something they wouldn't hesitate to press charges.
This place is beyond disgusting. Stopped by there yesterday and I thought a bomb had gone off in there. Then I looked closer and saw trash overflowing in every trashcan, used medical gloves on the floor, in trash cans and in corners under tables. I was half expecting to find used needles. It seriously needs to be shut down and the building condemned.
Most machines don't work, the ceiling is falling through, most tiles on the floor are missing, it is being used as a storage facility, building material is still lying around. A washer leaked all over the place while I was there. I assume the owners also run the gas station next door. One of the dryers never dried my clothes and I was told the maintenance guy refuses to fix the machines. One thing that really baffles me, is the riding lawnmower that sits inside the laundry mat. Refunds are not available.
Almost all of the washers and dryers are broke. Celing is falling apart and the inside is dirty.
Place looks like a storage room with building materials scattered everywhere. Half the machines are out of order. No idea who the owner is. To figure out the hours of operation you have to hunt around the whole room. If you are current on your tetanus shot go ahead and use this place. There is no attendant anywhere and the place needs a good scrubbing. The health department needs to shut this place down
