The customer service here is horrific. 2 stars because they actually did pretty good work, but the interactions I had were so unpleasant. When I came to bring my boots in to the shop, a woman took them and threw them into a giant bin without labeling them or anything. Never smiled at me once. I felt like I'd never see those boots again. Luckily the sole repair actually went well but interacting with that woman was scary.
Top notch service, Susan remembered our names and our orders from day 1. Very impressive
They cleaned and ‘pressed’ my customized shirt. I wish I didn’t send my shirt there.
