Switched to Lake Austin location because 15th st. doesn’t accept coupons. Both times I’ve arrived the gal who opens the store has been 15 minutes late (and maybe looks hungover?). I’m no morning person but 8am isn’t THAT early.nnI’ll be looking for a different laundry service. Says a lot that their employees can’t arrive on time.
Reasonable prices, provided you present coupon online on check-in. So far, so good...
We've been using Star Brite cleaners on Lake Austin Boulevard for a few years for our dry cleaning and my husbands laundered, starched, dress shirts. They've always done a great job! The shirts have the perfect amount of starch that we request and he looks professional. The dry cleaned items are always done perfectly.
I have been using the Lake Austin Blvd location since late 2016. So far all of my items have been properly taken care with no issues. The staff is friendly and the price is inline with the market for this service. I use cleaners in multplie cities and am always relieved to find a quality business. Thank you Star Brite.
