I've been going here for years. They're always very friendly and I've never had any problems.
Please avoid bringing any item to this location unless you want to be disappointed. Used this facility because I heard it was one of the better ones in Austin but anything is better than this place. I brought in a graduation stole and gown only to have it ruined. Spoke to a worker AND the manager and they were not understanding whatsoever. The manager was not accommodating to customer needs and plain rude. I would highly suggest sparing yourself the trouble I unfortunately went through and going some place else. If I could, I’d give this place zero stars. To the hiring committee of this place, please emphasize customer service to your employees.
I sent in 4 pants and they all came back with a different style crease, how does this happen? Negligence is what I think. I do have to say 1 of the 4 pairs was treated properly.... or they just got lucky.
