Went for the fist time to try them, since I am new in the area, Took a very nice quality Ivory pants for a little spot on the front of the pants, went to pick them up and had exactly the same spot, give them back for a redo, went to pick them up and the spot on the front was gone... BUT the back has the worst black marks everywhere, I wish i can post a picture !!nI mean really ... I am so mad and disappointed,nwaist of time, money and my pants don’t even look as nice as when I gave them to drycleannWorse was the response of the front lady, she never apologize or had any interest on her part mending the situation.

Went in ' to pick up clothes, machine didn't work, the boy wanted me to fill out a receipt, didn' t have my glasses. Left the clothes and have to go back. Liked it better before he was there. Not the first time have had problems. Will change cleaners if this continues.
