Because summer service from each employee was absolutely great! They are very personable and they do a fantastic job!
Ridiculously overpriced. Go to Rick's... transparent pricing (reasonable) and they do better job.
Will not come back! I requested (and paid) for next day service because my wife had a job interview the following morning and when I went to go pick it up that evening they said that they weren't going to be done until the next evening. The clerk was dismissive and unapologetic. We then drove to Dripping Springs to get the suit for the next day. The clerk there was super nice and I explained the situation to her, letting her know that I was not mad at her but at the situation. I dropped off my suit the morning of 6/17/2019 for a 6/18 pickup.
These people are incompetent! I'm from Corpus Christi here on business. I bought a new dress shirt for a meeting I was having in 2 days. I searched for a cleaners that could have it cleaned and starched by the next day so I can pick it up before the meeting. I stressed this. I come back to pick it up on the morning of my meeting, and they tell me it will not be ready until 5 p.m. that day! I have to go buy a new one now and go with the lines pressed in it, to my meeting. These people lack.
A good place but... they melted two chest pocket buttons on one of my more expensive shirts. It's not extremely noticeable from a distance but it does show a sense of carelessness. Make sure to tell them to be careful if you own any items you don't want to get ruined.
