Anna at the Rick’s on South Lamar is the best! I always get my clothes back super fast. I’ve never had to wait more than 24 hours. I love that I get a text as soon as it’s ready too. Anna is always super friendly and remembers me when I’m able to catch her there. I won’t go anywhere else for dry cleaning.

The Rick’s location I go to is close to my house. The staff there are incredibly friendly. The ordering/drop off is super easy and they have never messed up my order. Compared to the previous dry cleaner I used they are a lot less expensive. So overall a very positive experience.

Anna and Cindy are very professional young ladies. They are very polite and their mannerism is outstanding. I actually would like to nominate Anna and Cindy for being professionals and outstanding employees for Rick’s cleaners. I recently swapped to Rick’s due to unsatisfactory business of competitors and the Great reviews I’ve read about Rick’s. I can say that I’m very pleased with the hospitality and quality of their service. I foresee a lasting relationship with Rick’s.
