Service was good & got cleaning back in 2 days.nI rated 3 b/c of pricing.nI moved from Houston this summer and this was 1st time to cleaners since Covid and being in Austin.nCosts were 2x what I paid in January.

I took in a blazer into this location and it was the worst dry cleaning experience of my life. First of all it’s super over priced and the service is bad. When I took in my blazer and 1 coat the blazer was in perfect condition and so was the coat when I got it back the first time everything was ok but I noticed that both of the jackets were not steamed properly so they sent them back for a redo. When I got my blazer and the coat back for the 2nd time the blazer was snagged and pulled and the fabric on the side of the sleeves is pulled. I emailed the manager Mayra about this situation and she said that when I brought it in the blazer was already like this which was not true since I have only worn this blazer once and at the time when I gave the jacket for service no one said anything about it being damaged in fact the worker complemented the blazer and said it was a very beautiful item. Again if the blazer was damaged I would have noticed it the first time through. I am very frustrated with this dry cleaners service I do not recommend taking pieces of clothing that you like or that are expensive because they will ruin it. My blazer retail cost 200 dollars and now it’s ruined. I highly recommend for you to go somewhere else don’t waste your time here. Workers are not nice and the management won’t even listen to you. I called Mayra and asked for a phone call with her so I could explain what happend and she didn’t even bother to call me. Go somewhere else don’t waste your time here.

I've trusted these guys do some of my special cleaning for quite a few years and I've always done an amazing job. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for. Definitely worth swinging in and giving them a shot. The girls in there always so friendly.

Been here a couple of times. fast services at a good price. Last time they fixed a button on my pants for no charge. I will go back.

I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. They ruined a $100 shirt from Nordstrom with some sort of red stuff. It looks like something pressed the shirt and left a stain. Also, their prices are stupid high for the quality you receive. I think everything in this particular shopping area is crap, with the exception to Starbucks. Go elsewhere!
