Need to fix their payment machines.
They arrested all the Mexican workers and the prices are way overpriced but besides that everybody's very nice.
Home Depot employee, Mayhew in Lumber, is a great person and a great asset to Home Depot. I am not always sure on my measurements and the is always polite, helpful and checks that my measurements are correct prior to my request to cut some wood for me. I am glad to see Home Depot have sufficient employers in the store.nnThe skeleton crew was a problem because, not enough employees were available to assist the customers. The full staff is available to go from one customer to another.
Love this location. This one in particular is my main stop of all the home depot's around Austin (that may be because I'm familiar with it and know where everything is). All in all they're very helpful inside the store
So today at the store I was in the line for the pro desk. There was quite a long line and it was a little bit after lunch probably about 1245 -1:30 PM. After standing in line for about 10 to 15 minutes, I was next, eagerly awaiting someone to help check me out. Someone began to approach, his name David, as he approached me and told me that the next attendant would be right with me. I was confused, he was the next attendant. He walked right past me and my large shopping cart and began checking out the individuals behind me. In utter disbelief I asked for a manager no one came. Finally I was told that someone walking by, Kyle, was a manager. He simply stated as I voiced my concern about the situation, “you’re getting checked out aren’t you?” I literally didn’t know what to say, I turned around and walked to the customer service. I was told that Kyle was indeed the assistant manager and John Faye was unavailable, and I was given a card. In disbelief I left. Customer service at this Home Depot Is definitely not up to par Compared to other stores in the area. To have team members, and managers treat customers in this manner in my opinion is unacceptable.
