Had a wonderful experience working with Julian and his team. We wanted wood flooring for our stairs, hallway and 2 bedrooms with closets. The product we chose looks great in our area. Julian and his team did an excellent job reviewing the project. He described the work and its potential obstacles. After his team pulled up the carpet, we found the wood flooring was compromised. He let me know his team would repair the area before they began the job. His team was prompt, knowledge and insightful. The job was completed as promised despite the repair work needed to begin the project. Highly recommend Julian and his team!
I used to live by castle flooring and decided to stop in because we were looking for a very specific tile size and color that we could not find anywhere. I stopped in on a Saturday without an appointment but Stephanie what amazing and still helped me. Not only did we find the exact tiles we wanted she helped us pick out the perfect vinyl plank flooring (which we were also looking for) Stephanie went out of her way to listen to our home remodel plans and made recommendations we didn’t even thing of. We ended up going with a wider plank floor because of how open our floor plan is, if it wasn’t for Stephanie i think we would have some really silly looking floors. She was the only person we spoke to that actually said “i think you should consider a wider plank” not one other flooring store even offered that advice. Couldn’t be happier with the folks at Castel if we even needs floors again i will go to castle without a second though.
We had the BEST experience with Julian at Castle Flooring. We needed a big area rug made from a durable carpet. We worked together remotely and it was a breeze from samples to delivery! Truly a customized experience with emphasis on customer service. We are so pleased with the rug and process!nnThank you.

This is our second time using Castle Flooring. Julian and his team go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are envisioning! The owner himself, Julian, came to our house both times with lots of samples and great ideas. When we wanted to add some artistic details to our floor tiles, he was really good at helping us with our design ideas. He is also very good at matching what you currently have to what you are thinking of getting for adjoining spaces. The installers were always fast, professional and leave us with a clean and fresh look. Plus, the prices are very reasonable! You can’t go wrong.
