They redeemed my prize for my beef jerky from circleK.com then told me they didnt have the beef jerky and then charged me for the beef jerky. Then I redeemed my 15 cents per gallon reward and they charged me full price. We will definitely not be coming back and if I keep losing my rewards. I will stop playing the CircleK game.
Very rude woman working the counter at 4:45 on March 6, 2021 .... she needs to be fired. I'll gladly go to the gas station across the store & NEVER give them my business again.
Great place in that it's consistently has among the lowest prices in the area. Horrible though in that you can rarely get a receipt at the pump and with their adjusted hours you might not be able to get one at all.
I went in to buy a few items not gas. They had a few promotional signs where you can buy 2 and get a discount. I bought 2 candy bars and 2 Hostess brand items that were both marked as the promotion. My total seemed a bit more than I purchased so I asked for a receipt. I was charged twice for one item and did not receive the other items as the promotional price. Basically paid full price for everything (which I wouldn't have purchased had they not been on special).nnI told the gentleman about my over charge and he did not know how to refund my card. After seeing how many people were behind me he just handed me a cash refund which apparently he wasn't able to do as he stated to me prior to the line building up.nnFrankly, I don't care about a couple dollars if I voluntarily decided to purchase the items. It's the principle, that this store is falsely advertising items and taking more money than they're suppose to.
As of August 16, all pumps are “out of service”. This has been a consistent practice for this Shell.
