Pretty good gas station. It has the same layout as all Circle K's, which means it's hard to get around, but the outside is clean and works well (no experience inside). There are signs saying 10¢ off if you buy a car wash, but this is not true. It charges full price still. But the gas was still priced well enough and it's very convenient to get in and out if you're going west on Slaughter, and Circle K always has a good car wash.
I not upset with the drink fountain pouring water with every option I chose, however the response I got was super disrespectful. I asked “Are all the drinks poring out water?” The clerks response (w/ the beard) specifically, has had an attitude since I walked in for some unknown, possible personal problem. Anyhow he stated, “ I guess so...?”... Wow not the most professional or alright response, instead something super disrespectful. Took everything in me not to go off, due to it not being my character.nnI just hope no one gets treated the same. ud83eudd26♀ufe0f
Just went in there waited 5min nobody was there so I grabbed a 12pck n walked out
Came in sunday the 9th. Card readers at the pumps werent working. Went inside to inform employees, was met with very little concern if any. Gave Robert my debit card to pump $20 in gas, go outside to pump my gas and i was only set up for $10. Very annoyed at this point and i vocalized that to the employees, whose solution was for me to give them my card back to cancel transaction and rering the $20 in gas. I did not trust the cashier at this point. Was told to come back the next day. Wow. Definately feel like i was not taken care of as a customer ina customer service job.
Pumps card reader didn’t work. When asked if I was charged was told “I’m not sure”
