I’ve used Genie several times, and each time I opted for a mid-level interior and exterior service to get my car cleaned up. Unfortunately, I’ve always found that the quality wasn’t as good as if I’d washed it myself. This time, however, I wanted to treat myself and my car to something more expensive and thorough (VIP wash for $59.99), and was hopeful that by spending more money, I’d get a higher quality of service. Sadly, I was mistaken.nnWhile the staff was friendly and did well managing a busy Friday, I was incredibly disappointed after getting my car home in the sunlight to see how dirty it still was. The rims still have so much brake dust and grime, and the rear of the vehicle looks like it wasn’t wiped at all after coming out of the machine. Usually the crews wipe the vehicle down after the initial wash to remove the grime out of the nooks and crannies that the large brushes miss, but this wasn’t done at all. I’m incredibly disappointed that despite having spent more for an upgraded service, I received the worst wash job I’ve ever gotten at Genie.nnTo leave on a positive note, the inside was done fairly well and I was pleased with the feeling of sliding into a clean car. I just wish the outside had received the same care and attention as the inside.

Been going here for over 6 years on and off and cannot say every visit feels the same. However, today had a great experience and my car looks fantastic, inside and out! Employees were friendly and appreciated I was there.

It takes forever. But that's because they do a very good job and there's a lot of people who want their car to be nice and clean. If you have a half an hour or an hour to blow, get your car washed here.

Compared to what I bought in the car was new and sparkling.nI was so happy!!nI wanted to tip the guys but there were several working on the areas.nThank you for vacuuming up my messy carpets. I also appreciate the 48 hour guarantee for rain.

From the moment I drove up to the time I left 10/10 customer service. Manager special is a great deal and exactly what I needed. Free air freshener which I love!!! I got the Pina Colada :) hope I don't get caught it the rail with this shiny car!!!
