You are never supposed to scrub a car without soap.... he washed half of the car and then rinsed it. Then proceeded to scrub the other half with just water and scratched my paint.nHigh pressure rinse is actually low pressure.nAnd then someone hand dried with a dirty rag...nnHey man. We thought you were a friend. You screwed us.
My car hasn't looked this good since I bought it. Got a touchless wash and wiped dry for $10. Friendly service.
Will not use this place again. My car was smeared so badly. I am assuming it was dirty rag which was used to 'dry' my car. I did not notice this until I got home.nThe 'free' vacuum you have to wait for the attendant to bring you the money to use.... Not a big deal EXCEPT for the horrid music that is BLARING during my entire visit.nNot a relaxing or productive event.

I hope this newfound peace and quiet continues!nnPrevious review:nnI live a few streets away from this place and can hear their music all. the. time. (& when I can identify the song from 2 streets away, it’s entirely too loud. Nobody wants to hear Cher’s “Believe” on repeat all day, day after day.) I’ve tried calling and going by to ask them to turn it down, have left multiple voicemails and the employees are defensive & no help whatsoever. Can’t get in touch with the owner (employee said his name is Joseph) after leaving our info for him to call, and he never seems to be there when I go by. Even if this place was the best car wash on earth, I wouldn’t support them because of how they treat their neighbors.
Horrible customer service. Rude partners and when I pointed out missed spots on my truck I was told I could pay for another wash. The music is loud and obnoxious. I will spend my money elsewhere.
