Dissatisfied with the service today. I was skipped in line once my car came out from being washed. There were 2 cars in line behind me and the workers started on theirs first.
Terrible service. For one thing they've changed their company to Genie Express which is not advertised outside, so they don't take Groupons from the prior company.nnThen I come here the day before Thanksgiving and there are literally four cars being detailed and they tell me they don't do waxing today because it's too busy of a day. But this is after they start soaping my car up. So I'm basically stuck here waiting and not getting the service I need.nnThen when I get my car, I find the seats have been moved around and while I'm literally adjusting my seat so I can drive the attendants are honking at me from behind the car to move.nnWill not be coming back.
Got home from getting my truck washed and noticed how bad of a job they did. I got the basic wash, so I wasn’t expecting a full detail, but this was by far the worst wash I’ve had from this location. They were running really slow today, and even though they only had 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, I was there for over an hour. Once I got home, I saw all the streaks and areas they missed, as well as dirty footprints on the inside passenger seat area from where the employee stood to get the windshield. I tried to call to speak to a manager but their phone just rings endlessly.
Your employees were very efficient a pleasure to deal with and they did a hell of a job very happy!!
Would like more soap than water put applied on the vehicle, and floor mats clean better.
