Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. High prices, shady management, horrible service. A blazer I took in somehow came back dirtier than it was when I dropped it off. An employee who they claim has now been fired STOLE my dress. It’s gone for good. They promised reimbursement. I’ve been back in twice and they still don’t have my reimbursement check ready. It’s doubtful I’ll ever get it.

They do a great job and they are so fairly priced. Most cleaners near downtown FW charge $5 or more for one pair of pants.nNancy M

I wanted to share my experience with this newly opened location, and unfortunately I don’t have anything good to say. I dropped off two dresses that needed a cleaning, nothing out of the ordinary. One of the dresses had some mud along the hem, and the other just needed a cleaning after being worn to an event.nnMy first complaint is the price I quoted for the cleaning. I was told I would only have to pay $17 total, which I thought was great. Then, when the dresses were ready to be picked up, the text I received from this location also stated my total as $17. When I went to pick up the dress they changed my total to $30. They felt one of the dresses was “formal” and they wanted to up charge. This wouldn’t have been an issue if I had been quoted that from the beginning, but to tell me a lower price two separate times and then change it is not ok!nnMy second complaint is the actual cleaning itself. The dress with the dirty hem looked like it had been tossed in a washing machine. The hem was still dark and there are new splotches higher up which makes me think it was left in water. Unfortunately I didnt take the dress out of bag to check and found out once I got home. I don’t know that this can be fixed at this point.nnMy third complaint is that the second dress wasn’t cleaned at all! I know this because of the smell. This dress was worn to an event, which meant I was wearing perfume and also sweat in it throughout the night. When I took the dress out of the bag, it smelt EXACTLY the same. I can 100% say the dress was not cleaned at all. For this location to try and up charge me on a dress that wasn’t cleaned at all, blows my mind.nnI wish I had better things to say, but I felt the need to share with everyone who may consider taking their clothes to this location. I strongly advise against it.

I honestly don’t think these people even know how to use a washing machine. Both items I picked up were more dirty than before. I wouldn’t waste your time or money here.
