Very disappointed. I called for a quote and was told the price per hour and told it would take an hour and a half to two hours at the most. 4 ladies came to my house and did a great job but it took them twice as long as initially discussed. I clean regularly and I keep my house in order so I cant imagine it took 4 people that long to clean a single story 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom house. It cost me 500 dollars!! I feel taken advantage of and dont appreciate how they handled it afterward by dismissing me and offering 20 bucks off next cleaning. I would never have hired them had I known it would cost 500 dollars and would have appreciated them calling me if it was going to take longer than the agreed upon time frame.nnEdit: I want to clarify yes we were happy with the job done but we were never contacted at the 2.5 hour mark. My fiance and I were diligently waiting for a call the entire time they cleaned. I actually called them at the 3 hour mark asking if they were almost done which they responded yes but it still took another hour. I wouldn't have been upset if they had called me 2.5 hours in and asked if they could continue. I understand price quotes arent exact but I ended up paying 550 to be exact, and I'm asking- where is the accountability for work performed when the price quote and time frame were so different than the actual amount I was charged? I prefer to give anyone the benefit of the doubt but in this instance I feel taken advantage of. I dont usually write reviews but I want to give you honest feedback - be more transparent and leave no room for miscommunication.
