Dropped off 2 suits on a Thursday afternoon, was told they'd be ready on Saturday. Showed up Saturday and was told I was mistaken and they wouldn't be ready until Tuesday after 5pm. I have never had dry cleaning take 4 days before. Picked up my stuff Tuesday evening and found that 2/3 of my belt loops on both pairs of slacks were shredded some how. Not even sure how that could happen, but called twice and didn't get an answer, so to say the least ; I will never give my service to this place again. I will not recommend the place to anyone; ever.

Brought in 13 items on a Monday, and the ticket says pick up on Wednesday. When I came to pick up I was told the clothes would actually be ready on Thursday. I come in on Thursday and one of my shirts was kept for a stain. The shirt happens to be my newest, there is no way that shirt had a stain, but I understand mistakes happen. I was told it would be ready the next day (Friday). I come in on Friday for the shirt and was told the shirt would be ready on Monday. The person working that day said they would call the owner to find the shirt, and I would expect a call by Monday. Well, here it is Monday, and these people still don’t know where the shirt is. One mistake is ok, but you can’t give your customers a run around day after day. I would not suggest doing business here. Go down the street.

I dropped off 12 dress shirts to be dry cleaned as a first time customer. When I picked them up I was given the bill and I asked if that included the 20% off. The girl at the front desk, on her phone the whole time, said yes of course and took my card. Looking at the receipts, the discount was never applied even after I asked about it. After calling to get my bill reversed and corrected, I was told that could not happen. Really disappointed.

The work they do is pretty good. The employees are pleasant. If you ever experience an issue with them, don't expect a quick resolution. It took them exactly three months, or one quarter of one year, to fix a mistake they made.nnI expect two things from a cleaner. Clean my shirt. Give it back to me. I know they did not give it back to me, whether it was even cleaned isn't evident. 0/2 in my book.nnOn August 17, 2016 I brought a suit and a couple shirts to be cleaned. The suit and one of the shirts was ready when I came back, they couldn't find the other shirt. I understand, accidents happen, but it is how a business handles their mistakes that speaks the loudest. I gave them a description, they said they would check all their locations and call me back. Of the 5 or 6 times I was told I'd be called back, I was called back once or twice. I repeated to call about every week or sometimes every other week, I don't have time to chase them around.nnThey said after a certain amount of time passed without finding it, a couple weeks or so, they would be able to give me store credit for the value of the shirt. Well I was not interested in spending more money there, so I said I just want money or a shirt. It took three months but they did replace the shirt, on Oct 17, 2016. They gave it to me folded and pinned right from the store. Didn't have the decency to even press it for me, which is why I brought my shirt there to begin with. Will not be a returning customer.nnTwo stars because they do good work, when they do it.
