Very overpriced for sewing job and my blankets weren’t even dry cleaned well. They still felt and smelled dirty.
As far as service and quality goes, Twin Kell is a cut above a lot of other dry cleaners in Fort Worth. The quality of the job has stayed consistent. At the end of the day, you pay for what you get, and if you value your clothes then Twin Kell is the place to go for dry cleaning.
Consistent and reliable in doing a good job.
My 83 year old mom called and asked how much to clean a suede jacket. She was told $47. I dropped off the jacket and also was told $47. We had a long discussion about it because I told them she just bought it from someone else and that's why she wanted it cleaned. I also asked for a senior discount and was not answered. I was told it would be sent off. It would take a month and i would be called. I waited over a month and was never called. I finally called myself and was told it was there. They said it was $97.43!! What happened to $47??!! They said they never said that price. Both my mom and I were told that price. My mom would NEVER have asked to pay that much. I have never written a bad review but that changes today with this place!!
Fantastic experience having my wife's wedding dress cleaned her. We were going out of town so we shipped the dress directly to them from out of state and they got it perfectly cleaned 5 days later and ready to pickup by 8am. Highly recommend these folks!
