Absolutely, hands down, the best cleaners in Fort Worth! And I have tried them all; Ray's, Twin Kell, and discount operations. None of them can hold a candle to the quality of care my garments receive there. And they know their regular customers and great us by name. When I walk in the door they are already half way to the back room to get my clothes because they saw me coming in. The location on Alta Mere has a drive through you can use if you prefer, and their excellent customer service entends to the drive through also.

Kite’s has been the best in town for decades. When I moved back to town, I tried them again and nothing had changed. I was able to track my items from drop off with them, until they brought them to my house. The blazer sleeves were stuffed to keep their shape, and the piece with a stain had a note letting me know how they addressed it.

First and last time customer. I dropped off 2 drop cloths to be ironed only as they were brand new. I was asked irrelevant questions by the young lady at the drive through window about if I was on 2 different SM apps and to leave them a credit card on file. Finally the transaction was complete and I left being told they would text me when ready and it might take a week. Pulled up to window upon receiving the complete text and told it would be $87.00 When I stated that is an awful lot to simply iron 2 drop cloths. I was then told they did more than just iron. Since this was the same lady at the window that handled the intake I repeated to her that I had simply asked they be ironed. She went and spoke with someone else who never came to the window but instead I was told I would need to come back. At no time did this young lady apologize in fact quite the opposite. She acted as if this was completely my fault even stating to me I shouldn't be upset. The following day I was left a VM by the location manager stating she lowered the price to $68.00 dollars which is still far to much for the service I had requested. I immediately sent the location manager an email and now about 10 days later still no response. Customer service or even simple kindness is truly lacking at this location. Not to mention responsibility for THEIR mistakes. RESPONSE TO OWNER RESPONSE: Your offer of picking up my drop cloths free of charge is very much appreciated. So Thank you for that. On the statement of your manager reaching out several times that is simply untrue. It was ONCE a VM which I responded to via email directly to her from your sight. The bottom line is a customer should never need to resort to writing a review prior to a problem being addresed correctly.

They told me two weeks .It was about 3 days..Great place..

One of their trucks on the highway drives extremely reckless. Way over the speed limit, swerving in and out of lanes, tailgating people. You really have to be ignorant to drive so horribly in a corporate vehicle that you make someone go out of their way to write a bad review. Plate # KFH 5275
